First Ring · Smart Intake demo

Missed call → classified callback, in seconds.

Watch AI turn a Spanish voicemail into a structured, SLA-tracked callback record — with slot-fill retries, a DTMF keypad fallback, urgency classification, and a human approval gate before anything fires.

What this is

From missed call to callback record — deterministically

Smart Intake is the AI layer that catches the calls you can't answer. When a voicemail comes in, it transcribes the caller's words (including Spanish), decomposes the problem into structured components, fills four required slots with up to three attempts each, classifies urgency, and creates a draft callback record — which you approve before any outbound action fires. Everything here is simulated and local; nothing is actually sent.

Try it

Run the full intake flow

Toggle between live intake and async voicemail mode. Watch slot retries fire, tap the DTMF keypad, approve or discard the callback record. All state saves in your browser.

How it works

Three principles, always enforced

  • Bounded retries, not infinite loops. Each slot gets exactly three attempts: an open ask, a rephrase with constraints, then a DTMF keypad fallback for numeric or date values. If all three fail, the slot is flagged UNCONFIRMED and a human is required to verify before the callback fires.
  • AI proposes, you approve. The callback record is a draft. No outbound action — no call, no SMS — fires until you explicitly approve it. The AI never self-certifies a slot value; deterministic validators make every accept/reject decision.
  • Compliance afforded, not bolted on. Recording disclosure is shown in-call. Follow-up SMS is explicitly gated behind TCPA/PEWC consent and A2P 10DLC registration. The UNCONFIRMED flag guarantees human review of uncertain data before anything leaves the system.
